Zombies, what appear to be relatives of dragons, and now pirates. I had heard this realm was random, but I did not think it was to this extent.

I believe there is more to it than that, but I prefer to stay out of conflicts that do not concern me.

If these deities are anything like the Daedric Princes, I doubt they will give such a prize away without something in return. Tell me, though, what sort of wishes do they typically grant?

There usually is more than one reason for doing something.

Daedric Princes? It is just as you said though. Generally if you agree to do something for them they will make a deal to do something for you in return. That is why this doesn’t seem out of character for them. Usually the things one has to do or give up are more personal items like memories.

They are the most powerful of the Daedra, and their shrines may be found throughout the land I live in. Rumor says they may be contacted directly, unlike the Nine Divines.

Personal items, hm? It seems they drive a hard bargain.

The Daedra sound as if they have a lot in common with the Deities. Are they as difficult to understand?

I have never spoken to one, so I cannot say.

It might be better that you haven‘t. If they are the same it might not have worked out well.
