[As is typical for Vicente, he's out at night, about an hour after the sun has gone down. He's in a secluded area of the park, cloak drawn tight and appears to be waiting for someone.]

Dear Angua, are you here?

[OOC: Vicente and Angua are stuck in a supernatural Romeo and Juliet story, with vampires and werewolves.]

Vicente just shakes his head. "Yes, he told us of this. I had feared it was you. Still, I am glad you were unscathed by the encounter."

The vampire put his other hand over her's, long, pale fingers closing over it. "If only our respective families would put their differences aside. Not only is it getting on my last nerve, but it is terribly obstructive." Vicente shuddered to think what either side would do if they found out about him and Angua.

"I am glad that you made it out of Remy's alright."

She looked up at his eyes, her own full of longing and sadness. "I don't know what it would take for such a thing to happen." She knew very well what her own would do. She'd contemplated running away, but it would still be the same, in the end.

Vicente briefly closed his red eyes and sighed. "Neither do I." Sometimes he wondered if the two sides even remembered why they were at each others' throats in the first place. Running away would only cause the two sides to assume they had been captured or killed by the other side.

He reopened his eyes. "I suppose, for now, we must simply do as we always have." However much longer it could last.

She lightly exhaled. "I suppose that we must. We should enjoy our time while we have it."

"Indeed we must." He released her hands, but only to sit down at the base of a tree, patting the spot next to him and inviting her to sit with him.

Sitting down right at the base of a tree is not exactly something she'd normally do, considering the other side of herself knows what goes on there all too well, but she is cursed, after all.

As soon as she settles down next to him, she grabs his hand again, shifting her body close.

Vicente shifts back, leaning his skinny-yet-muscled body against her's. Somehow the fact that she has the faint smell of wolf hair on her even while human doesn't bother him. In fact, to him, it just makes her more exotic.

She, too, has grown accustomed to his scent; his is slightly more of an orange-baritone than most of the rest of his family. Even though she'd grown up to despise it, she finds that it no longer is so harsh on her nose. And that's important to werewolves.
